ArchiDesign National Architecture Awards

For Fee: Twenty Five Lakh Only + Grand Finale Dinner + Call for Entry Advertisement in leading daily.

What You Get as a Title Sponsor:

1. Title Sponsorship of the Awards & the Use of Clients’ Brand / Corporate name in the Title of the Awards.

2. Status of the ‘Title Sponsor’ of the Awards and the consequent nationwide brand building and media hype for your company/products, especially among the architecture/designer/ builder fraternity and the consumers.

3. Title Sponsor’s CMD/Nominee will be offered Chairmanship of the Awards Committee/Jury.

4. CMD/Nominee of the Title Sponsor will be offered Membership of the National Jury.

5. The Marketing Head of the Title Sponsor will be designate “Coordinator” of this mega event.

6. CMD, or his nominee, will be member of the Jury at Regional Jury meets.

7. Chairman of the Title Sponsor will give away the Main Award, along with the Chief Guest.

8. The Chairman of Title Sponsor may, at his choice, deliver an address to the august gathering at the Grand Finale.

9. Logo / Name of the Title Sponsor on all promotional items, Backdrop panel, invitation cards advertisements etc. throughout this event.

10. Gifts/mementos that the Title Sponsor wishes to distribute to industry fraternity will be organized to celebrate the awards.

12. Title Sponsor is free to use this activity in his own promotional campaigns / communications.

Note: A cocktail-dinner for 350 + leading personalities from the architecture/designer/policymaker/industry fraternity will be organized to celebrate the awards where the Title Sponsor will interact with the Who’s Who of the country as a company that meets its social commitments.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

1. Rs. 10,00,000 upon the confirmation of order.

2. Rs. 7,00,00 upon one month of confirmation, or call for entries, whichever is later.

3. Final installment of Rs.8,00,000 upon the Jury meeting call.

4. Service Charges / Taxes as applicable will be borne by the Title
Sponsor.

5. All payments will be made by A/C payee local cheque / DD in favour of our Event Organiser - “Sarup Advertising Service”, New Delhi.

6. Jurisdiction: New Delhi.

Platinum Sponsorship

For Fee: Rupees Twenty Lakh Only Plus, Dinner at Regional Jury Meet at any one Region

What You Get as a Platinum Sponsor:

1. Title Sponsorship of any one of the National Excellence in Architecture Awards (Commendation Awards) & the Use of Clients’ Brand / Corporate name in the Title of the Selected / Specified Award.

2. Status of the ‘Platinum Sponsor’ of the Awards and the consequent nation-wide brand-building and media hype for your company/ products, especially among the architecture/designer/builder fraternity and the consumers.

3. Platinum Sponsor’s CMD/Nominee will be offered the membership of the Mumbai Regional Jury meet.

4. Chairman of the Platinum Sponsor or his nominee will be invited to give away the selected Award & prize along with a celebrity.

5. The Marketing Head of the Platinum Sponsor will be designated “Member Coordination Group” of this mega event.

6. Platinum Sponsor’s CMD / Director or their nominee will address the gathering at the Mumbai Regional Jury Meet.

7. Logo / Name of the Platinum Sponsor on all promotional items, Backdrop panel, invitation cards advertisements etc. throughout this event.

8. Gifts/mementos that the Platinum Sponsor wishes to distribute to winners/ Jury / Special Guests / VIP’s.

9. Platinum Sponsor is free to use this activity in his own promotional campaigns / communications.

1. Rs. 6,00,000 along with the confirmation of this order.

2. Rs. 6,00,00 upon one month of confirmation, or call for entries, whichever is later.

3. Final installment of Rs. 8,00,000 upon issue of call for Jury Meets.

For Fee: Rupees Fifteen Lakh Only Plus, Dinner at one Regional Jury Meet

What You Get as a Gold Sponsor:
1. Title Sponsorship of any one of the National Excellence in Architecture Awards (Commendation Awards) & the Use of Clients’ Brand / Corporate name in the Title of the Selected / Specified Award.

2. Status of the ‘Gold Sponsor’ of the Awards and the consequent nation-wide brand-building and media hype for your company/ products, especially among the architecture/designer/builder fraternity and the consumers.

3. Gold Sponsor’s CMD/Nominee will be offered the membership of one Regional Jury meet.

4. Chairman of the Gold Sponsor Client or his nominee will be invited to give away the selected Award & prize along with a celebrity.

5. Logo / Name of the Gold Sponsor on all promotional items, Backdrop panel, invitation cards advertisements etc. throughout this event.

2. Chairman of the Co-Sponsor or his nominee will be invited to give away the selected Award and prize along with a celebrity.

4. Gifts/mementos that the Co-Sponsor wishes to distribute to winners/ Jury / Special Guests / VIP’s may be distributed.
